Does PayPal Checkout have shipping calculator?

I would like to use PayPal to accept payments on my website. Additionally, I would like the shipping amount that is shown to the buyer to be in accordance to the weight of the product/s they are buying which would be shipped by a specified carrier such as UPS. Is paypal all I need or am I missing out something?
