How do you get rid of pimples and pimple scars?

K well i have a tendency of popping ym pimples but when i found out that they give you scars i stopped but I have SO MANY scars and don't know how to get rid of them and how do i get rid of pimples for good with out spending alot of money on products and such and how to get rid of them fast i have tryed so manythings toothpaste, oxy pads so many things and wasted my money someone please hlpe me!!!
