My husbands was deported,can?

My husband was mixed up in a false statement that a person claimed he broke into his house,so he was arrested for first degree burglary,and instead of chancing it he took the plee bargain,and went to state prison,there he was told he was facing deportation,because of the felony,he was raised in the usa since he was 2 years old,and he was there legally he had a resident alien card,the only problem was that he never got his citizenship,and was eventually striped of his legal status,and deported back to mexico,with a 10 year stay,my question is im a US citizen and we have 2 kids and legally married,can he do anything to try to reapply to come back?he has no real criminal record,only for that felony,and he has stayed in mexico,for about 9 years and has never attempted to go back,,i would really appreciate the help,thank you!
