Displays miniaturized, no suggestions work. im conversation window.?

IM display miniaturized, and do not and i repeat do not display in message window, i have tried this and i have tried that, and i have re-installed this and re-installed that, NOW its time for someone AT yahoo to accept some responsibility and fix this obvious inept program problem. Service pumps out a new product at LEAST have the decency to make EVERYTHING work. This leaves everyone dangling ,how would they like this problem occurrence time after time. Bet this problem would be fixed ..
