What GOOD is the military doing for the Iraqi people by staying in Iraq?

Do you believe that our troops are doing good in Iraq? I am Subscribed to a News letter from the Sgt. Gritz web site and many people the send in letters to them say that they are doing a lot of good for the Iraqi people and want to stay. many of them say that they are indeed not fighting this war alone and many Iraqi's are actually fighting with our men and women on the front lines. should we stay and finish helping these people get on thier feet anf become a prosperous country or leave and let them fend for themselves?
