Can someone help me with this girlfriend problem?

im a guy but also a virgin and i have ectopic sebaceous glands (little bumps on ). so heres the problem we want to have but i dont know how i would tell her that the bumps are not an std or infectious. how can i tell her that its safe i plan on waring a condom anyways but i want her to be calm while were doing it and not freaking out that she might have gotten some std. what should i tell her? also dont try and talk me out of having or give me some abstinence bullshit
