Can anybody answer this long question?

Okay, so you got problems, we all do in our own way, whether is anxiety problems, I got those by the way, agrophobia, social phobia, etc. just about everyone here has at least one or two of those, so in that instance you aren't alone. We got even picky people here too. The issue here is what prevents you from pushing on? My goodness, my question really is, what do you have to loose by trying? I was agrophic at one point and I was extremly shy and antisocial but then I asked myself one day, what do I have to loose by trying? So, I plunged myself into going out even though I thought I was going to faint, I made myself talk to people and I thought I was going to die, but then I noticed that dead I was not, and faint I didn't so I tried it again the next day and the next day after that until well, I started developing friendship, I was going out more and getting invited more often and voila, I no longer had those fears, mind you they do come back from time to time, but I keep fighting the good fight becuase I remember, I didn't die from it and neither did I faint from it so life goes on and I go on. What you have are fears and that is just it, you don't have a physical impairment that hinders you from achieving what you want, you aren't bed ridden and unconcious, what you have is just fears and if you make up your mind to conquer those fears like many have done, then the doors are wide open for you my friend. I promise you, you aren't going to die and neither will you faint from it.
