Business Idea - At Home Car Wash (We come to you)? Thoughts?

It is too cheap for you to make a profit, and it depends on where you live. In my state it is illegal to wash your car at home due to conserving water. Only car washes that recycle the water are allowed to wash cars. Probably more places will adopt this too.
