What can I do to my 2007 Silverado(New Body) to make it go faster?

I have a K&N Intake(AIRCHARGER), Magnaflow, how can I take off the traction control? and my rev meter stops at 4,000 rpm's when I try to rev it...:( oh and how do you take out the governor??? Thanks
