Should the BP CEO resign?

Should he resign? Some might even say he should be imprisoned. Even though this was a contractor well, BP is responsible for this well, the deaths of the workers, and also the millions and millions of dollars in damages to humans and nature that this oil spill caused. All because of pure negligence. BP knew of the dangers ahead of time but took no steps to prevent it. Somebody's gotta take the blame for this. Somebody's gotta take the fall. Justice must be served. It absolutely must.
