Have you actually offered to have them over? I bet she'd say yes.***Then I feel bad for you and her kids. But unless you're willing to move, i wouldn't start anything with someone I share a wall with unless it's illegal, and I don't think that's the situation. It's good to know people still care. Don't lose that quality.
