Is it more likely that a baby boy with be born with genetic disease?

It depends on the disease. Ex. hemophilia is only in males, It gets ped down when both parents have it, but only males will express it. I've never heard of that color-blindness thing, but along the same lines, only females can be tetrachromat, meaning they see more colors than normal people can see.
