How to stop waking up late?
I have this horrible habbit in the summer to sleep in late. I just cant get out of bed. I feel SO tired in the morning, no matter how much sleep i get. and I made a promise to myself to not do that this summer. but guess what.. its not happening :( I always go to bed like a 12:00 am or later and wake up between 9 or 10 and I just wanna go to bed around 11 at night and wake up at 8 or earlier. This is the 2nd day i've woke up at 10 and I have a bad headache ( have had it practically all day so far ) and im in a really bad, grumpy mood. Please, please give me some tips to do this? Its really hard to go to bed early in the summer in my house, cuz i have 3 siblings (13, 18 and 20) im 16. and my sis is home from college and all of them stay up way late and talkin, and we all sleep upstairs and its small upstairs and ugh :/ and i already tried talking to them. i guess everyone in my family is a night owl cept me :/ this is really frustrating me please help??
