How do i go from strict nat to open on mw2 pc i have a netgear router DG834GUv5 wireless?

i used to have it open then it went off then i fixed it then it went off i tried manually putting the ip addresses in the ip protocol tcp/ip v4 properties plz tell me i have windows 7 btw
