Does this mean she wants to go out with me?

Ok, This girl i like i kinda asked her out and she said yes nut im not sure. so i was texting her and we were talking about our jobs. then i mentioned i used to work at pei wei, (which everyone i know loves it and so do i). So she said she had never been there and i told her everyone loves it and how thay have all kinds of diff asian food. then i sai ya maybe we could go there sometime, and she said, "sounds goood, i loove chinese food". so, does that mean shes wants to go out with me? or is it jus one date or what?? women have confused we very much in high school so far, So im not totaly sure what she means. Also, if this is a date, how soon shoud i ask her to be my girlfriend?
